the drive or media as well as a description describing the problem or failure occurring
with your device. read the

- Together with request form, send in the data
media to us at your own cost. or fax request
form to us at 67480019
You may use our islandwide dispatch service during office hour to collect your damaged
media and deliver the recovered data media. It's free from anywhere within Singapore
island as we will waive courier charge once you confirm for the recovery, however if
the customer decide not to go ahead with the recovery upon quotation, a fee for the
dispatch service will apply, S$8 per trip(CBD) for harddisk or any size below 30cm x 20cm x 10cm.
$12 per trip outside CBD, and the cost may be different for whole PC or some special area like Jurong Island.

- Upon evaluation of the media, we will provide a quotation to you with the types of
problems, possibility of data recovery, list of files recoverable and price.
- If customers agree to proceed with the data recovery process, full payment has to be
made before data and media are released to the customer.
- We strictly practise "No Data, No Charge" policy.
